A Favorite Thing

One of my favorite things about being a mom so far is the complete trust that my son gives me. After he's fed and burped, he completely relaxes into my arms and can stay there for a couple hours. It is so precious to look down and see him so content - trusting his mommy. The gravity of that trust is still a bit surreal to me, but I am blessed to have it.
